VISAS

Expedition members will need to arrange their own entry visas into Nepal.

Your travel agent or a Nepalese Embassy or Consular Office in your country can organise this for you.

INSURANCE

On all our expeditions you must have comprehensive travel insurance (this can be arranged by Xtreme Adventures at the time of paying your deposit).

The policy MUST cover Emergency Evacuation by helicopter or other and repatriation; otherwise you are liable for all costs associated with Evacuation/Repatriation/Medical Treatment.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Standard Travel Insurance policies do not cover ‘mountaineering’ or ‘challenging treks’.   You will need to take out insurance that covers this (Xtreme Adventures can arrange for this at the time of booking).

Xtreme Adventures will require 2 copies of your insurance policy, with the policy number and emergency telephone contact number on it prior to departure for the expedition.
